Our Policies
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of service booked.
No Show Policy
If you no show your appointment, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of service booked.
Late Policy
After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This helps keep all schedules on track and not inconvenience other customers.
Children Policy
Unless receiving a service, Children are not allowed on the service floor due to liability and regulations. The salon is not Child-friendly and is an Adult-only environment. Some equipment, scissors, extremely hot tools, razors, chemicals and fixtures may offer a hazard to Children. Children may never be held in a Client's lap during any service. Children 10 and under may not sit in waiting area alone. Adult supervision is required at all times.
